Photoshoot Outcomes

In development from my previous photoshoots, i spent more time experimenting with angles and the use of natural light.
I was heavily focussed on creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. This was so I could attain naturalistic images - such as the shots of laughter. This helped to create the artist persona as kind and fun. 

These photos will be used in creating album covers, as well as being features throughout the website.

Casting

 Importance of casting:

In order to produce a good music video, the artist needs to be relaxed and charismatic. 

Ad a director it is important to make the actors feel comfortable asking questions and having fun whilst filming.  

It would be helpful if the lead artist has experience in the performing arts as this will bring a certain air of confidence and experience to the project 

I have communicated with the lead about my ideas and intentions. Along side our discussions and development, I created multiple Pinterest board to collate the ideas I had. 

    - Character board

    - Narrative board

    - Lighting board

In addition, I sent the lead exemplar music videos and intertextual media texts, ones that contained aspects that i liked, or feelings i wanted to emulate in my own video. 

To fit the feeling of the video we used music to lift spirits and create the happy experience of the video

Animation Development and Tutorial

ANIMATION TUTORIAL
- Using Procreate software
  • Turn on animation assist 
  • Add a slide to the bar at the bottom 
  • Draw on the layer 
  • add another slide
  • Turn the onion skin opacity to 1 too see the pervious slide
  • Draw on the current slide 
  • Repeat until you have all the frames you want 
  • After, use the 'frames per second' bar to adjust how fast you want the animation to use

DEVELOPMENT 
originally a pop up telling audiences they could buy the album 



I have now included more of a call to action as well as cross platform convergence. 
    - the pop up directs people to the artists official Instagram (acts as a way to connect with the target demographic of 16-25 year old who are well versed with social media)



Twitter call to action "Send a tweet and spread the sunshine"
